front end conversion 70-73

hello all camaro enthusiests

i am looking to buy a split bumper camaro 1970-1973 with round parking lights above the bumpers.....this car is hard to find at a good price....my question is can a full bumper camaro of the same year be converted to a split bumper...any input would be greatly appreciated....i do not know if it will bolt up or a lost cause

Yes it can but you might need the front valance for a split car.
