'77 Rally wheels

I have these wheels on my '77 Camaro. The build sheet for this car is coded for "rally wheels", but I've been unable to find pictures of this type of rally wheel for '77's. I am now unsure if these are the original wheels for this car or if the original owner changed them. Any ideas? If these aren't original for '77, does anyone know what year they would be for?

Those are the rally wheels that were available on 1970-81 models.
