Default 1980 w/BBC Header question

Hello I have swapped a small block for a 468 in my 80 Z and it was fairly simple if it would not have been for the TRW forged piston knock that had me take in and out and go thru 3 times. That story for another day. What headers should I go with? It has suburban manifolds now that I cleaned the castings in and welded up the smog holes and reported them. I have seen at least 20-30 post but there all from 2012-2014. Sorry if it’s one I missed but I was hoping for an up to date opinion. Thanks

You use a set of headers for a 1970 1/2-3 big block Camaro

Yes use some summit or jegs headers for big block 1970-1/2 through 1973 big block remember they summit and jegs have waay more part numbers than they list because it would be a book from every manufatcturer and weigh as much as a house. ALSO, don't forget to get the motor mounts for 1970.5 - 1973 camaro ONLY if you need.
also you may look into stainless and or ceramic options made from summit and jegs line of headers in various sizes and configurations.
headers if want. both these WAAAAAY better than getting expensive oil pans super expensive headers and miscellaneous things you don't need to buy for some big block swap kit. Also always recommend copper header gaskets with aluminum collector gaskets and get some locking header bolts. this system ihave used for years and stays tight no leaks. now you got plenty of change for the exhaust system but if not bolt on some purple hornies and run some pipes to side exit infront of rear tires for temporary or permanent. if you get these motor mounts and was planning on spending thousands now you can have those custom stainless headers, summit and jegs has those now also for a 'real steel' get em ceramic also if like. you have saved money my friend and made an awesome big block camaro purr. looking for a quieter setup get some flowmaster 50's and she'll puurrrr and growl and sound awesome whilst keeping sound levels controllable. that's my preference. wish you well on your big block camaro.
