Start with the basics. If you replaced a throttle body with a carb, did you change the fuel system too? A throttle body has a different fuel delivery system, and you need to be sure your car is getting fuel to the new carb. Have you opened the throttle and looked into the carb to see if it's getting a squirt of gas when you work the linakage by hand?
Next make sure it's getting spark. Pull one plug and install it in the spark plug wire, then ground it to the engine and crank it to check spark. Is it getting spark?
If it's getting fuel and spark, you need to be sure the distributor got back in correctly. Check to see the engine is at top dead center, and that the distributor is ponting to #1 cyl. Then if not you need to lift it out and turn it to #1, and possibly turn the oil pump shaft to allow it to drop in correctly.

I am def getting fuel i added a fuel pressure regulator and gauge and checked to see the fuel squirt in everytime i throttle up i also pulled the spark plug out and checked it but did not ground it ill try that and see but i did check tdc and it dropped in smooth without turning oil pump

Figures, sometimes the obvious and more simple fixes are easily overlooked.
