Will LT1 Aluminum heads fit my late model small block 350, and air gap intake?

My engine is newer then 95, and has the valve covers with 4 center bolts instead of the older style with 4 bolts around the outside.

The short answer is no.
LT1s are a different animal in a lot of ways.
