What kind of HP gain would I get from using these parts?

327 Heads 1.92 Valuves w/pinned rocker studs & exhaust port crossover blocked.

Crane 480 Lift Cam & Lifters

My engine right now is pretty much just bolt on upgrades.

Edelbrock 625cfm Carb
Edelbrock Intake
MSD Dist & Super Coil
Headers
Cherry Bombs
3:73 Rear End
4-Speed Hurst w/M21 tranny

I picked these up with a set of brand new Hooker Headers for $250-. So I just want to make sure this will help me get off the line better.
