Sounds like you have got your engine planned out well. Hope you can hold to your budget!
I never can, once the catalog comes out I cannot resist adding more than I had planned and spending more. No such thing as too much horsepower.

 

I like your combo too. The only thing I would cange is getting bushed rods. I have Scat rods in my 383. 6.0 7/16 cap screw and they were less than 300. I have the Scat 9000 crank too. I cheaped out on the pistons though. (Keith Black Hypersythetic) Guess I'm just sayin you will thank yourself the next time you tear it apart. Check with Competion Products for the same parts. You will probably have a better selection of pistons at the same price.
