header recommendation
 

Hello,
I am new to this forum. I have a question concerning angle plug heads and headers.
I have a 78 Z28. I am building a 355 with aluminum angle plug heads. My engine man recommends 1 5/8 headers.
I have searched the web and found several that supposedly work but when I look at the reviews most say don't waist your money or you have to beat some tubes flat.
Can someone give me a brand or part number they are currently running without having to beat the tubes shut? I would like to stay away from shorty plugs. These heads do have the ports in factory location.
