Fuel Pressure for 350 in 78 Camaro
I was able to find the fuel pressure for a tbi motor (I pulled the 5.7 out of an 88 pickup, have 4bbl intake on in order to carb). Daily driver car. I understand the relay is safer than a toggle switch but is the regulator necessary if it the pump maxs 7psi (for example) and the requirement is 7psi. Isn't the regulator there to turn down the pressure?
What is the fuel pressure requirement? Do I need to worry about GPH?
I am on a budget but will spend the extra dollar for reliability. Kit or stand alone recommendations are appreciated.
