Normally 180 degs out equals fireball out of the carb. Its just the plug firing while the intake valve is open. If that does not happen then the cat will start to fill with raw gas and you get a nasty backfire.

Got it fired up today. Firing order was out & number 1 cylinder moved to TDC. Thanks Everyone !!
