Default Gen VI block, crank, Gen IV heads 427

How possible would it be to buy a Gen VI 19170538 block, the zz427 rods,(6.135) crank, etc. and mount 336781 heads on it with Keith Black 227 pistons with a 25.5 dome ? The heads actually measure 122 cc. According to the KB website and calculators, the piston will be .020 down in the bore at TDC mathematically, and with Fel-Pro 1037 gaskets at .039 the quench would be .059. That's more than the .035 to .040 optimal quench I've seen on blogs.
Any information you could give would be appreciated. I don't want to machine .019 off a brand new block when I buy it.
