Camaro Sub-frame on a 1940 Chevy

Camaro Sub-frame on a 1940 Chevy
I just purchased a 1940 Chevy built on a 1970-1971 front sun frame. The rear was also built on a Camaro sub frame. The difference is the the rear has metric wheel studs. What generation Camaro would this be from?
