Default Summer time means working time!

Well, the winter is pretty well over here in Wa state. That means an end to cold weather pain. So, time to work on the Camaro again! An update is in order I'm thinking. I got all the windows out, the wiring out, the steering wheel and column out and, the dash completely out (I gritted my teeth a few times over the winter to get a few things eating at me done) and everything else is prepped.

It is getting time to separate the frame rails from body shell. I have a contraption in the works to suspend the body shell, and make it mobile thanks to some swivel wheels from HF. Once I get everything apart and, it's ready for the next step, I'll put some pics up. I need to get on the wife to get some of the crap out of the garage as well. She just had ankle surgery though, so she gets a pass for the next few weeks....but just barely...

I'm just the opposite, I do most of my work on my camaro in the winter. Between the farm and horse shows the camaro just doesn't get much attention. Although I do get to drive it some in the summer.

If you do the door wiring can you post some photos on which wires go where on the drivers side? my brother helped me to replace the door hinges and didn't tag them on where they went. or if anyone know a tutorial that would be great!

The wiring in the doors on mine wasn't there anymore when I took the doors off. I'm going to get a complete package rewire kit when it comes time. It's going to be a while though before I get to that.

Should be a dark blue and a brown wires going to the window motor. A pink wire from the switch takes power to either one of the other two wires to reverse direction. Can't remember what color the power wires are.

Just did a Google search and this came up from NastyZ28.com
