Those vent holes might look funny, but they're kinda nice when you slam the door and they allow the pressure to equalize with the windows rolled up. Might be tough on passengers ears without them. Also may make it a bit tougher to get the doors to close without the vent to relieve pressure of a too tightly sealed car.
But I sure can't knock the fab work!

I defnately know what the vents are for LOL just putting them in a place u wont see them like most vehicle manufacturers

Ah the Astro ventilation system. I admit the first time I read about why and how those vents worked. I though the GM guys got too far caught up with the 60's. Too many drugs. They actually move air through the qaurter and in the cabin through the holes behing the back seat. I have an old GM diagram around here.

Bob Grant of Grant Kustoms out in Cali got us a set of rust free west coast doors then reskinned them with custom fabbed skins shaving them in the process....Thanks Bob

The crappy thing is they probably fit better than any repop skin on the market. I'm still waiting for my job app.

Not sure I'm fond of the height. Never seen a lowrider 2nd gen Camaro.

I like it for its uniqueness and the quality of craftsmanship. Not sure its practical but I don't think that was the plan anyway. Its a dare to be different statement in my book. Add that to some off the ideas to incorporate other year cars into the design. Might as well chop the top.
