bro i havent got the filter yet thats what i was asking whats my best options,what kind do you have,thats an awesome idea to mount it to the pump or i was thinking an inline one between pump and carb and hide it under the alternator bracket.heres a picture of my pump havent installed it yet.

man im sure glad i bought the right engine mount brackets there quit a bit diffrent than the 87 irocz ones,would have been atleast 2 inches off.

got some quality work done today,even though the weather wasnt very good here raining all day and storming,so i couldnt lay down any more primer so i decided to install the beast went pretty well,engine installed very easily,also installed my headers tempoararily they went in with ease right from the top even had my starter installed first,hmmm,love them headman headers,still gotta paint my headers just havent decided what color yet,might not even paint them at all,as about 5 minutes into warm up the paint will all be burned off anyway.LOL.also got my fuel pump installed just havent decided what kind of fuel filter to run yet.

thx oldman 9 i was surprised how much room i had too,that engine fits very nicely in there.cant wait to get my tranny installed and get this thing running.

im hoping real soon,as soon as i get my tranny back i canstart doing no nose burn outs,hahaha.love ur camaro by the way scooch very nice.
