ok whole lotta work today
IT RUNS !!!! . . . and drives sorta
New Brakes -
Rebuilt rear drums -
Remember the crazy 3 foot long throttle spring, fixed
Cherry Bomb mufflers installed -
Hole in the floor, what hole in the floor -
Fiberglass cowl induction hood, yes please -
And home in the driveway in its cocoon -
Heres the car running under its own power for the first time since 1999 and yes as you can see the gas tank is no good
Things that came up on the drive home - needs an alternator, gas tank, new headers (which i have), drivers door hinge, and maybe some shocks in the front. The important thing is . . . . IT DROVE !!!

Pin on's are easier to get to line up because the don't have to worry about the hinges throwing curve ***** and the height is a simple adjustment up and down. Not many aftermarket hoods fit good, steel or glass. For what ever car. Its just the nature of the beast.

Im thinking of getting rid of my stock metal hood and hinges. I dont really have anywhere to store it and theres a place around here that does nothing but parting out 74-81 Camaros and will trade parts. I need a few things. unless anyone has any reasons why i should hold onto it ?
