You are going to need to break down farther then that. We would need to understand what level you are at and what level your car needed. You can spend years leaning ways to do sheet metal repair and if you ask two experts on how to do something you are probably going to get 2 different answers.
Are we talking you need to replace floor and frame rails and re-align the structure of the car or are we talking about replacing the bottom of the doors and the lower quarters?
Its easy to say “Don’t skim on the welder” as advise but you may already be a certified welder with an over kill setup.
You tube is a great resource.

If the floor are real bad your are not sure where you are starting from. This is a unibody so the floor is the structural strength.
How I would do it.
If the floor is not too bad, just a bunch and pin holes and the rocker and roof are solid I would verify some gage points and do cross measurements. You can find key measurement online with a google search. If those measurement are off see the next option. If all is good I would put X pattern just inside the door and then another X pattern from the back of the drivers door to the back of the passengers door. That will give you the box effect using the fire wall as the front of the box.
If the floor is all but gone or the inner rocks are in bad shape Then I would build a car jig. A google search will give you samples. They can be crude, made from scrap metal from the scrap yard tey just need to be strong enough to not flex under the weight of the car or be pushed around by growing and shrinking sheet metal. .
One thing the car TV shows do for effect is remove all the metal at one time. That is fine on a jig but if you do not have a jig and your a beginner you want to replace one item at a time. The more things off the more ways the car can move, twist, ladder etc...
