hey guys What did you do to your camaro today . i gave mines a real long overdue wash.

 

I went out and looked at mine haha,just couldnt drag out the motivation to do anything after working in the heat all day.

Fought with the crankshaft keyway from hell. Made too many trips in to town to get more parts and tools. Almost got the four speed swap done. Tranny is in and mounted to something now. Atleast I don't have to have the jack under it all the time now. Detector nice job. Your coming along good.

 

quick question are 70s with a 400 trany are they 3 or 4 speed

 

Any TH400 is a three speed, unless someone hung and Gear Venders OD unit in the back of it. You know one of those when you see it. The price alone will give it away. I've never seen one in person.

 

Did nothing on the Camaro, but brought my narrowed 10 bolt home for the Chevy powered Austin and slapped some wheels on it to check overall width.
Still need to find a couple of Camaro spring plates so I can drop this rearend under the Austin!
