hughes transmission rebuild kit for th350, summit torque converter upgrade combo with B&M 2800 rpm stall, deep transmission pan, shift kit, fluid, new dip stick for tranny, new transmission pump, new weatherstripping. new autometer tach should be here tomorrow.

ya, as soon as I find a place to work on it at, I may have to wait till we head to colorado in about a month if I cant find a place here. my pop wont let me pull the tranny and rebuild it in our garage because it will get messy.

Yeah, buy a 6x6 cheap blue tarp and lay it down first, then just work on that until you're done. Afterwards you can gather up the corners and haul it outside to dump.
Of coursee you could just do it in the driveway when the weather allows. I do that most the time. I knida like working outside when the sun is shining.
