I think they are the same distance off. you mean what distance the converter is off from lining up?

yes, if its a flex plate thats made for both 14 and 12.75 it should have three holes that are in closer to the center from the other three, if its for two different 14 in patterns they will be the same distance off.

ok I will check tomorrow and see if there all the same distance off. I think they are all the same but I will confirm. that would sure avoid the pita of swapping flexplates

All 168 tooth flex plates are !4" outside diameter. If the torque converter was 14" it would be the same diameter as the flex plate. I did a little search and there is an oddball flexplate for the big blocks that was 11.75", so if the flex plate was dual pattern for that it would be 11.75" and 11.5", rather than the std. dual pattern that's 10.5" and 11.5", which is what you need.

Wow! 6 holes and they're all the same pattern? That's bizarre. I wouldn't pull the engine out; I'd put a jack under the tranny and pull it back just enpough to get at the flywheel bolts. Then unbolt it and replace it with one that matches your torque converter. Flex plates are way cheaper than torque converters.
