Are there any good sunroofs to install in a '78 Camaro??

I'd like to put a sunroof in my car. Are there any good ones. I'm not worried about losing any structural support. I'm going to install sub frame connectors and will not be running slicks. I'd really like a sunroof. My car doesn't have air conditioning so a sunroof would be nice. My main concern is getting one that doesn't leak.

to some people it decreases the value for resale but main reason for my 78 is because i want it to go as original as possible, my 80 im going to leave in but im lucky it doesnt leak lol but it just looks funny to me personally. i dont really see a diff. with the windows down anyway (with the style i have). But to each his own, it's totally up to you.

heres a link for the one like i have

I left mine closed for the first nine years or so. Then I opened it once and its leaked ever since. Maybe one of those power moon roof conversions. I had one in my Honda and it never leaked. Plus power was sweet.

I've got one you can have for free! It's a dual sunroof with light down the middle. Never leaked all the time I had it in, but I hated having the hole in the roof. It's your's (or anybody's) for the shipping cost.

Thanks guys. I'm just kicking the idea around right now. I have a ton of other things to do before I put a sunroof in.

I started working on my rear suspension and putting my rebuilt rear end back in last weekend. I thought I'd have it done last weekend, wasn't the case. Should be driving it tomorrow though. I gotta break in the new gears, but I can't wait to see the difference between the stock one wheel peel 2.41's and the new 3.42's with a Yukon Duragrip posi unit!

I posted on your thread here and the nasty site. Inalfa is a moonroof manufacturer. They even make some that go into produdtion cars. Inalfa roof systems I think is the name. Just type moonroof into google, they'll pop up near the top.
