I am getting my first Camaro this Sunday and I have a few questions hopefully you guys can answer. I have had early Mustangs before, so Chevy interchangeability is new to me. I am getting a 79 that I am saving from some stock car junkies for $100 but it is missing the steering box and engine/tranny. Rest of the car is complete but weathered. I will get pics when it gets home. Engine questions are taken care of, but what can I get a steering box out of other than a like year Camaro. I have found a Nova clip, will that fit? How about an earlier/later year camaro or firebird? Are all these cars power steering? Good news is the pitman arm is still there.

Also what sizes of tires do most guys run for street use. I like bigs and littles, but I am trying to make a driver and want to keep it a bolt on affair, not tubs or rolls. Expect 15 inch rims to keep costs down initially. Can I put 10 inch rims on back or will they stick out?
