Something a little crazy

When I get my car out of it's winter home in a month or so, I'm going to be doing a lot of work restoring it; paint, new interior, etc. Another few things I want to do to it will be some new wheels (American Racing Vector SE Type 47), and an old push bumper from old Highway Patrol Camaros. I have a friend who told me that if I could get him detailed picture or drawing than he could build it. I was wondering if there was any sort of resource that anyone knows about or if anyone knows more than me about push bumpers and how well it could be, say tied into the frame and actually have strength. If anyone has any ideas, that would really help out, thanks.
Below is a picture I threw together last year to see how well it would look with the wheels, and I really like it.

Hahaha not really like that, I just like the bumper, but I do have a vintage 5ft magnetic cb antenna and cb radio all from 1976. I just want the bumper, it's a bit more childish than a full replica of a CHP cruiser or something.
