Rad overflow bottle

I need an overflow bottle. What can I pull one off of. My access to scrap camaros is little to none.

You can mod any overflow bottle to fit I would think

The choices are endless! I built this one (bolted to the radiator support)from an old inert gas bottle I found in a scrap bin:

That looks way good. Does it have to be air tight or anything? Hold a certain amount? I might have to steal your idea a little.

No they don't have to be air tight. They should hold a pint to a quart. My bottle is about 3/4 qt. and it never gets much in it. The hose needs to go into the bottle to near the bottom, so it will syphon coolant back as the radiator cools. Mine is just stuffed into the top and cut to be about 1" off the bottom. The strap to mount it is called a "minerallac strap" and they can be purchased at Home Depot, or any electrical supply house. They are used to hold electrical conduit, and come in sizes from 1/2" to 4". I used a 2" for mine.
