Thank you, it came out nice, went in the shop for 6 months, came out 15 months later LOL. Most of the time it was waiting on parts that I had not originally planned on replacing.
The shop was great, the supplier make me wonder sometimes. I.e we needed the inner fender wells, mine had a crack that you did not see till it was out, they (the shop) orders a set, the Camaro parts company (no names mentioned) sends 2 left inner fender wells.
The shop reorders, 2 weeks later in come the new left fender well AGAIN ??? WTF
reorder & get the "Right" ie correct one, time wasted about a month. This is considered semi normal. be patient.
98% of my part came in right the first time, some of the parts took time because there is only one manufacturer in the world and certain times of the year they can't keep up & I hit it just right during the part drought. I.e the lower radiator support bushing (never knew they were on my car).
Same thing for the upper fan shroud, that took about 6 weeks
it's funny now, just made me shake my head then ![Smile](https://camaroforums.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
PS I went with all Hotchkis, but you will love how any tubular arms handle & look. amazing technology

7T3Z28..
Too funny...
I have already ran into replacing the gas tank and all fuel lines, and of course with the high tech 4 wheel brake set up, i am replacing all the brake lines too..![Icon Bricks](https://camaroforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_bricks.gif)
Hidden things that just must be done.![Icon Starwars](https://camaroforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_starwars.gif)
Yes, I cannot wait.
I am running the Factory LT-1 with a Comp cam 280H and roller rockers hooked up to an M-21 close ratio with 3.73 gears. All factory. about 20k miles on the engine. Going to check the rear end and tranny, and replace the spicer U joints....again, more hidden costs...Clutch ? not that old, but a visual will tell me soon, same with the rear end and tranny....More time and cash.....![Icon Bricks](https://camaroforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_bricks.gif)
But I will post by build as it goes....I am having a local pro touring shop do the suspension and brakes,etc.....This guy knows how to set up a car to handle and brake.....i am just too excited...
Adding new exhaust and headers, MSD box and distributor, and a K and N set up under the hood. That should give me another 10%, or about 40 hp...or 400 plus. Most of the budget is for making the old beast, a super handling machine...Also going high tech power steering from manual steering......this is going to be .......Well I won't know until i drive it again in about a month or so...
Too funny...

My car had up to 300,000 miles on some parts, some had as low as 125,000 miles ![Icon Steer](https://camaroforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_steer.gif)
Engine only had 40,000, Transmission I think has 100,000 since the last rebuild & it was done right so it is still running & did not get changed.![Icon Musclecar](https://camaroforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_musclecar.gif)
So I replaced all the moving parts (well that was the plan)
well after the new rear end (Moser) the exhaust did not fit, replaced that.
The gas tank, well you know how that goes, 36 years old or something new..![Icon Special](https://camaroforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_special.gif)
Yup got the 4 wheeled discs now, I went with CPP's 11 inch version so I could keep using my original wheels.![Icon Oldskewl](https://camaroforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_oldskewl.gif)
It's late , I'll come back later to see what is new with your Overhaul...

I really like what you've done with the front and back bumper area! One of the nicest custom 77's I've ever seen!
