Might want to contact https://www.camarocentral.com/Default.asp or https://www.rickscamaros.com/ and also specify what model Camaro you have with what engine as a six cylinder base model or a Z28 etc. are likely different.
Those sites may not show a new part listed online but call or email they may have used parts in stock as well.

 

Have you "Googled" 1980 Camaro radiator overflow tank.? It looks like OER has them.
