Pictures of my 71
So I've attached a couple of pics of my 71 Camaro. Still dont have any of my 69 but i'll try to get some up soon. The car looks a little rough, but for something thats been sitting for 12 years, it's in pretty good shape. Hardly any rust, and the body is pretty straight. Should be starting on it pretty soon. Let me know what you think.

wow, that's awesome! i've still got a bit to do before i'll be driving it, like new tires, rinse the fuel tank, oil change, etc, but i'm told it ran when it was parked so hopefully it wont take too much to be drivable. guess it wont matter much if its drivable now anyways cause i plan to strip the car and get it blasted then to paint pretty soon. that way i can do the interior and all that fun stuff.

Well, got some more good news this week. Talked to a guy whom I do business with through work and he's going to soda blast my car for only $100 after hours if I come help tape off the chrome and stuff! That means more money for other upgrades/improvements! Gonna get new tires on her this weekend and then maybe start pulling out some of the interior and prepping for blasting. More updates to come soon, and more pics!

Window trim yes, door handles let the body shop pull them, as you'll need to get inside to drive there!
I pulled everything but door handles, winshield, and rear window.

Well, I'll probably trailer it over there cause I'm thinking ill have them media blast under the hood too, so I'll probably have the engine out. I figure it'll make it easier to paint and since I have to have the engine out anyways to rebuild it, I might as well have it blasted under the hood as well (especially since it wont really cost me much more to do it and it'll make my life easier when it comes time to prep/paint)

well they can open the doors without outter handles, if you leave the inner handles on. I put the inside and outside handles on, just to make it easy on the shop. They pulled the outside handles, but left them inside and just masked them off when they painted the inside of the doors.
