I agree my stock suspension has held up pretty good with subframe connectors and bushings being the only thing I have done.

4 links are cool, and have some advantages in being adjustable for ride height, plus setting up for stiffness, and a little more tire clearance, but they do have some drawbacks. Most are not just a bolt in, although some do. They require a panhard bar also, unless you use a trianglated 4 link. They're pretty spendy.

I know there pretty slow considering but how much would I have to put in to jump the hp up a bit? Any ideas? Even a turbo and prices by chance? Sorry I'm new to all if this, thanks though.

Yeah but if I get it to hook I will need strength. It is over 500 ft/lbs. Can do heidt's with a currie 9" for $2600. I can install. Looks like it comes in a 3.50 gear. Looking to go 6 speed later with centrifugal about 10k. It is just getting started but year by year I'll get closer. Now I can put in first and kick it at 30 and spin till halfway through second so I'm already struggling for traction and have heard four links can help a lot.
I have a budget of 4k this year so that leaves $1400 for interior. Did carpet last year with motor. Need dash and racing seats have headliner and console as well as all the trim. Need to do cage too.

Look to spend about 7k if you already have a good car as far as suspension and tranny. You will need subframe connectors and posi. Brakes are a must. Take the 350 you have and bore it .030 over have a good machine shop do the clearancing and put a 3.875" forged crank, forged I beams, forged pistons. Get a set of dart platinum 200cc heads bare. Do a little cleanup and put 2.05 1.60 valves in. Don't skimp on springs rockers or lifters. Get a custom ground cam with 234* duration .630 lift and make it a solid roller. Put in a 3,000-3,200 stall and be done. Have more torque than you will likely ever need. You won't need a turbo or blower to be over 500. That combo yields 396 ci. I have had mine for a year now and driven it on a 250 mile one way trip a couple of times.

Would anyone be able to answer my question please.
I have a 1981 Z28 the nose cone has dips and cracks, generallylooks bad
I can get a Polymer one or a fibreglass (flexi glass) both new reproductions
The question is, which one?
Cost is about the same

The flexi glass wont have the dips in it. The Polymer as you put it will have the waves that most of our cars have. The up side is its flexible enough for a slight collision. Downside of flexi glass is it will crack when hit.
