Default RE: My Camaro

ORIGINAL: strokerking1975

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this stuff and would like to find out all i can about my car. It is a 1970 RS/SS 350 , Factory Air, M22 4 speed, 4:10 posi.
The block is the original 4 bolt main. The car has 64,000 miles on it for sure. Blue with White Vinyl top. How would i find out how many were made to be sure of its value. I do have the original dual points distributor and the holley 780.
There is no way to really find out how many were made since all options are listed individually and there is no way to find out how many were made with your combination.

1970 Camaro Production: 12,578 6-cyl, 112,323 V8, 124,901 total.
Z27 RPO Super Sport Package 12,476
Z22 RPO Rally Sport Package 22,136
G80 RPO Positraction, Rear Axle
19,752

As far as the transmission you need to know if it's wide, close or heavy duty close based off the gears.

Bamaro's right as far as I know. There's not a way to figure out how many with your type of combination were made. Not just posted on the internet for an easy find as far as I know. So probably the best thing to do is just go with the lowest of those (12,476 for the SS package). Depending on the transmission you can probably get it lower. I've heard of people contacting the manufacturer for specifics but I don't know what that entails.
