Very nice Alex! I like the color, and the gauge insert with new gauges looks very nice!
Is it hard to find parts for these old muscle cars in Russia, or hard to import new parts for them from USA?
I don't know of any sources for new bumpers. There are a few places here in USA that rebuild bumpers, but not sure if it's worth the shipping costs to send your's here and then return to you.

We have no problem with ordering parts from US, but we would like to enlage the list of supllers. We orders parts from Jegs, Summitracing, Classicindustries, Yearone.
We replace stock gauge panel by gauges of Autometer. The first realisation was shown at photo. Another one for camaro 79 was shown here

There are few places that rebuild bumpers in Russia too, but i want new only)
Also I can`t find new headlight bezel. There is only left bezel in Classicindustries. Where I can buy right bezel?

looks like your right bezel got the same thing mine did! Mine got a good dent in an accident last summer. I took it off and carefully bent it back in shape, then sanded it with progressively finer sandpaper, and finally polished it to look like new.
You might try this if you can't find a good right side bezel.
