Had my car blasted and found more holes than metal!
Rear sub frame is being replaced as well as the trunk floors &
quarters. Any thoughts on what to look for in the body shops work?
I have read a few posts on springs, How do you set these cars up
for street strip? Mono springs as it sits but all is being replaced.
The car is a 69.
TIA
Kevin

cant give any advise on body shop as i have no exper. with them, this is my 4th camaro but never had any body problems till this one, as far as set up, 4-bar with coil overs for the rear and upgraded springs with new poly bushing up front should get you close

Thanks guy's
I dropped it off at a shop today that is back halfing the car as to fix (remove & upgrade ) the rear frame as well as make it launch very hard and hopefully stay in one piece?? They are also changing the entire floor.
They expect to have the car for three weeks, starting to come togeather.

Custom Cars in Derry New Hampshire did the body work , nice job, done in one month ( this was during the winter) reasonable price. If you use them ask for Rollie. thats the bodyman. All they do is old cars.
