I just picked up a set of Cragar SS/T's 15x10's and would need tire suggestions. Im currently running a stock suspension and would like to go large on the back, say 50's but do not want to have to roll the lip. Can I still go with 295's or step down? I'm running 235/60/15 on the front.

I think you'll have to roll the lip to even use 275-50-15's on a '70 Camaro. Not sure you can go any narrower either with a 10" rim. By the way, have you tried those rims on the '70 yet? Be sure to try them first to see if the offset is correct.
I'm running 10" on mine, and I had to have them specially made to the correct offset to make them clear everything on the back side. That one shock is a problem area for tire clearance inside.

I stuck a couple of picks on my photo album, but most of the pics wouldn't upload. Go figure. You can see more on photobucket in the group albums under Osmiumfoot and then 77 Camaro. I'll try to put one here but don't count on it.

Check this baddog out. SB 427 with dinky heads and big cam. I don't know if its going to work but its worth a try before I kick out 3k for good heads. Supposed to run mid 11s without working up a visit to the doctor for hypertension.
