Default High Idling

I have a 1981 Camaro Z28 and its been running perfect so far this summer, today i started it up and it usually sits at 1500 rpms until it warms up and then it drops to 1000. But it started up at 2000 and so i let it sit and idle and warm up but it never went down. I put it in drive and it went back down to 1000 (normal), but then when i put it back into park it jumped right back up to 2000 rpms again. I took it out and it ran fine, it was quick on the throttle and when i took my foot off the gas it would speed up to 30 km and it would do that without my foot on the gas until i pressed the brake. WTF Is Wrong!!!!

Spray Your Linkage With Lube. Make Sure The Accelerator Return Springs Are Still Attached. Make Sure All The Vaccum Lines Are Still Hooked Up. Sick
