also the drive gear I took off was 7 tooth gear the one I put on is an 8 tooth gear so it should make the speedo slower then it would be with a 7 tooth but I'll get a new driven gear so it''l work correctly.

sorry for the late reply nomad I was so busy posting all that I didn't notice earlier.
But I got all my parts from http://www.thegearbox.org/SuperT10.html
I got the seal, gasket, bushing set it's got all the gaskets (they seem preety good maybe a little thin), lever seal (no clue what that is) side cover seals(installed great), front and rear seal (didn't use the front one but the back worked good), and tail housing bushing( my dad advised me not to use it cause it seemed to be different from the one installed so idk if it was wrong but it seemed smaller) and it came with rubber o rings for reverse shifter boss, speedo boss, and something else. only $19 but shippings like $15

Well It's been to cold lately to do much. The past 2 days have been in the 20's and 30's and tomorrow we might make it to 40!
So I went to the parts store the other day to get my alignment tool they had to order it, it should be in tomorrow so I"ll be taking my bell housing/pressure plate/clutch/and flywheel off the bad 350 and putting it onto the new 350, well, new working motor.

I looked it up the other day, it's actually not newer it's a 1970 350, but since my 80' 350 was rated at 155 HP and this 70' is rated at 300 HP I'm stoked.
But on that note that's ten years will everything swap over and fit okay? should I switch the starter from the 80 to the 70? I planned on keeping them with their motors unless it'd be better to swap em?

Idk if I'll put the motor/tranny back in tomorrow but I might so anything important about putting it back in I should know?

And I'll be putting on my air shocks and traction bars any tips for those?
