The guy said he wants at least $1500, i just hope the frame isn't too bad. What do you guys think, is it worth $1500? i could always swap the parts on one of my later 2nd's

Would be nice, but I'm not sure I would give him $1500 without looking at it in person! Especially if he says the frame rails and quarters could use some work.

Even if they need some work it's still worth $1500 easily. I seriously doubt you'll see many 70-73 Camaros in that price range that wont need some.

If you can get that for $1500 i would jump on it.Even if the frame rails need completely replaced, they sell the repops for those early cars and they are fairly inexpensive, then take as long as you need replacing them, all the while knowing that when it's done you will have a bad a** car haha.

Well, just an update. I never made it to see it yet, still tryin to come up with some funds (scramblin lol) and tryin to figure out how to tell the miss's i want another one lol. Deff. gonna try and get it though, another prob is getting it home all in pieces with nothing to tow it and or coming up with the extra funds to do so, it's not that far from me so im not that worried. I just hope nobody scoops it before i can come up with the cash.

The only thing bolted to mine when I brought it home was the axle.

If you can loosley bolt the rear in. The make a great wheel barrow. This is how we got it up the ramps. The two biggest guys, I always get picked for this. Pick up the front while another is on stand by with a tire. Any tire. The guys move as far as they can and the third tosses the tire under the car so they can get a break. It took four or five of these to move mine outside and up the trailer ramps.

If you can get him to throw springs and front brackets on the axles a couple bolts will hold it for the trip.

Easier yet to make up a pair of wheels that swivel on a frame. Then bolt it to the firewall and bolt the rearend under it. That way you can just push the body up the ramps and onto the trailer. There's two brackets at the lower firewall that are for the subframe, and you can make a frame with wheels to go across those brackets and just push it around without carrying it.
