Default control arms any one?

Ok so I got both upper and lower control arms off looking to upgrade to the polly bushings. I found a video on U tube on how to remove the lower with this homemade tool worked very well now i just need to figure out how to get them pressed all the way back in. Anyone done these? Also on the upper I've burned them out like suggested but need to find a way to get out the metal sleeves and get new ones pressed in. The center rod is in the way and I haven't been able to figure out how to get the sleeves off.

Places like Auto Zone and Advanced will loan you the proper tools to replace the bushings without causing damage. Also, although I am guilty of having done it myself, IMO burning off the old bushings is not a good idea as excessive heat can weaken the metal.

I used to take them to my local parts store and just have them press them out, and press the new ones in. They charged me around $5 per arm, so $20 was cheap. I now have a hydraulic press in the garage, so I press them in and out myself, but if I didn't have the press, I'd never consider messing with them. I'd always take them to a shop to be pressed in.
