Default Bought 1970 Camaro and has aftermarket sterring and I have no HORN

I have a new horn installed but it seems that he wheel I have does not have a horn depressing center button. Any advice? Should I just change the steering wheel or connect the horn with a push button. I would rather try to find a solution that would retrofit the steering wheel center portion so that the horn works as normal.

Cheaper and better to go find a good steering wheel with same brand horn, and replace it all. Unless you have a brand on the present wheel and can get a horn button assembly from the same maker.
I had the same problem with a hirn button that went bad and tried to find a replacement assembly to work. Finally gave up and just got the whole wheel and horn button.

Try to identify the wheel you have, if it is name brand I am sure you can get a new horn button. If not, compare the mounting style to that of the name brand steering wheels. Most of the knock-off brands copy the bigger names and the horn buttons are interchangeable with little or no modification. Check Summit, they have a lot of parts.

Ok, so I bought a grant steering wheel and adapter ki. I am confused as the kit goes well but then I have two wires that come from the sterring wheel and ther is nowher to attach them.

The wire that is connected to the steering column horn actuator is then connected to a round plate. Where do those two wire go or do I need to modify slightley. I bought Grant adapter kit 3196. Is it possible I have the wong adapter?

Sounds like you got the wrong adapter kit. Your's should only use one wire.

Not sure what wires you have coming from the steering wheel. If I remember correctly, that kit only requires a wire from the column to the round plate, which should be mounted on top of the wheel. A horn button is then snapped into place on top of the round plate. Once you have the wire connected to the round plate use a piece of old wire to ground the plate, if connections are correct the horn should beep.
