Back when, CB Radio
hey guys today i installed a CB kinda temp like in my camaro because i hate/cant use my cellphone while driving and i got buddies who got CB radios too for when were driving round town. heres some pictures of it. but did anyone here back in the 70s/ 80s rock the CB radio in a camaro? my dad had the same setup i do with an older CB in his 70RS so me and him are doing the same thing
ps its just temp for a while. my interior is really beat to crap (as u can see+ and my paint dont matter so it will come out someday but for now i really think its pretty cool. its a 4~5' magnetic whip tail antenna my dad used with his camaro in the 80s too so i got some old tech im using also.

Now you just need some black paint and a big old screaming chicken for the hood, hey Smokey?
Nope, never had a CB in any car or truck I owned. I do use the little hand held CB's for hunting though.

i know lol its pretty old school. i was thinking about putin the older CB in and i might still because this new one doesn't have much noise canceling tech on it like my dads older good one. but for now its pretty awesome.

Yep, back in the 70's I had a Midland 40 channel that was hopped up for more output (clipping one resistor made the radio mighty powerful). Also had a Turner Road King modulated mike. I had the radio in my honey of a 69 Camaro Convertible, with the trunk mounted swing down antenna mount. I still have the CB unit, but not the car (I know, I got rid of the wrong one).
