Default a arm
What is the bar that goes across the a arm called? and how do you get it out? also what is the bushing or w/e that is? i know its destroyed but what was it so i can buy a new one?

ok then do you know how to remove the control arm shaft so i can replace the bushings in there and then how do i get the shaft back in?
