Default Adding A/C to a 1970

I am looking for a good aftermarket A/C solution for my 1970. The car just has heat now. Anyone have suggestions on a good turn-key kit for adding A/C? The car has a 350 in it and a 4-speed. I just got it last year and the summer was brutal. I think this car was designed to cook burgers on the dash. Even with the windows open you could die in this thing.

I want something that is made for the car so it doesn't look like I screwed a toaster to the underside of the dash. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Their site is not working right today. I have not used this system but I have heard it is onof the better fitting complete systems

You should try siting at a stop lighton a hot sunny day with the top down and a black interior. I know know why white was such a popular color interior back in the 70s.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will check it out. I have an earlier convertible with a custom black cloth interior (it is water resistant cloth so the rain just beads off like vinyl) and that is a hot car to drive in the summer, but at least I don't have vinyl or leather scorching me and the heat can radiate out. The 70 coupe is like a dang heat box. Makes me feel like Cool Hand Luke.
