Clamp it in a vise, then put fittings into the two outlets and run hoses back into the reservoirs. Fill the reservoirs with fluid and then use a rod or whatever to work the plunger on the back of the master to pump the fluid through and back into the reservoirs.
You'll notice bubbles coming out the tubes as you slowly pump, and after a few pumps it should stop. Once it's bled you leave the lines on the master and install it. Take the lines off as you attach the brake lines, then tighten the lines, and after that loosen them a half turn. Have someone slowly push the pedal down until you see fluid leaking at the lines. (use a rag to catch it!) Then with the helper holding the pedal down tighten the lines, then release the pedal. If your system was already bled, this should keep it bled so you don't need to re-bleed the system.

Any master cylinders I've bought in the past came with screw in plastic barb fittings and section of hose for bench bleeding.

I occasionally find new masters that don't have the plastic temp fittings and hoses, but I've hung onto the old ones I've gotten, so it's never a problem. If the new master doesn't have them in the box, just ask the parts store, they're only a couple bucks.

ok,, replaced master cylinder.. Bench bled it.. Also found i had a bad rubber line in the back.. Was getting no fluid to the rear. Changed it.. Bled lines.. Getting good flood all the way around.. Kept reservoir full. Had good pedal pressure.. Brakes still werent very good.. Drove down the road a while.. Slowly lost brake pressure.. Pedal almost hits the floor again.. Checked fluid later, Rear brake reservoir was empty. But i cant find a leak anywhere.. Gonna bleed again next weekend.

Stop bleeding and check the inside of the tires. I bet you'll see brake fluid running from the drums or calipers. Sounds like you've got a bad seal at the wheels to lose all the fluid, or a bad hose to one or both calipers.

I can tell you I have had a similar problem with my 78 RS camaro. Brakes were horrible after I installed a radical cam in my 350. All I did was buy a vacuum tank from simmit. They are on the same page as the cams. They cost about 35 bucks for your basic steel reservoir and fixed my problem right now. You just mount it wherever you want, run your hose from your intake or carb into the canister and then into your booster.

P.S. Use hose clamps on every vaccum line to ensure a nice seal.

I doubt a vacuum booster can will stop it from losing fluid.
