Hi folks. I have searched everywhere but cannot find an answer to my question - hoping someone on here can assist. The park brake switch is not connected to anything, and it appears the wire (tan with a white stripe) is just hanging in front of it. Assuming that is the correct wire I can easily connect it back up - however the switch itself does not seem to have anything touching it that will move it to activate the mechanism when the park brake is applied. I believe the clip I a man holding in the photo is what is needed - but I cannot work out where it goes or how to fit it?? And help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

I can take some pictures of my 1978 Camaro if it will help, I had my brake light on , and thought the parking brake switch was stuck from sitting all winter, but it was good, unplugged the switch in proportioning valve and plugged back in ,that fixed it.
