78 Camaro Appraisal?

78 Camaro Appraisal?
Im looking at buying this 78 Camaro Z28the asking price is3500 dollars. Any ideas what its worth.
It has a 350 small block V8, Auto tranny,the rockers need to be replaced, theres a few paint chips on the front end, two little portions of damage to the interior and the engine is a little dirty but running fine. Only 78000 KMs. all numbered and as far as i know its stock

Anyone have an idea as to what its worth, Asking price is 3500...any thoughts on that?

i would say that its worth that much the interior looks good and so does the paint i say buy it, any car cheaper might need more work,and fixing the interior in a car for less would cost like $3500, so i would say buy it, before the guy changes hes mind.

well, it is a pretty cool looking car, i dont know if its worth 3,500. i can see in the picture with the door open the rocker panel is gone and your going to have to replace the outer regardless, i dont know about the inner part. and under the hood its kinda old looking. id say offer him 2- 2,500 on the fact that the rocker is busted, and you dont really know what the floors are like untill you pull that carpet up, and you never know, sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes you dont. also the qauter may need attention. but it dont look so horrible. good luck i hope it works out, looks like a fun prod.

once again, someone posts asking for a price without detailed pics, but just from what you have shown, I wouldn't pay more than $1,500.
I don't even know where to start, but seeing the obvious pics look that bad, I can only imagine how bad the other stuff looks. think about it. you take away that half-*** paintjob and you have to wonder what shape the body is in underneath the paint. I'm sure it wasn't much better that the way the rest of the car is now, and it was probably even worse
