Just got my car to begin the process of fixing it and It needs the rear frame rails replaced. Im curious if anyone has done these and what is the best way to go about replacing them. Im also curious how they factory ones are attached. Are they welded the whole way or just in spots. Or are they bolted on? Any help would be greatly appreciated....

They are welded in spots, but quite a few spots. Replacements aren't available that I know of, so you'll need to find a wrecked car to cut them out of. Most people cut them large enough to weldthe frame and pan in as a unit, but others cut the pans free and weld just the frame rails in. I personally would do just the rails, but not the whole rail unless it is needed.
If you find a donor car you'll want to cut plenty out regardless of which way you do the repair.

This acually quite popular. Our cars are known for this. http://www.camarosandclassics.com/Me...oduct_Count=14
There ya go. Not cheap though.

Those are just the rear section of the rail though from above the axle to where the leaf spring mounts,i need to replace the front section of mine from right above the axle forward. There is a company that sells a complete rail, but for the life of me i cant remember who it is,when i find it i'll put up a link for it.

I saw them listed a couple places, but both said "out of stock", so haven't seen them. I've used other products of theirs and was pleased with the products.
