Talking 1980 camaro rs

Hello every body! I have purchased a 1980 camaro rs for $800.00. It needs serious restoration. I have a budget of at least $10,000.00 to restore. I want to spend the most in the engine comparment, and am looking for tips on what would be the best parts to fit my budget. Also tips on where the best place to start my project would be, subsequent portions of the car that should come next in line. Thanks in advance

John

I already bought it for just under $800. The whole point is I want this baby to be mine. you get what I mean? I'm just looking for tips in the best way to go. Maybe tips on how to make a car that is a dragger, but can remove components and have it be street legal as well. Seen it on an old hot rod show back in the day, but it was an american show, an rules are different up here.
