1971 Camaro
Hey guys, I just recently bought a 71' camaro split bumper. I was wondering how much it could be worth if I fix it up. :)

That would depend on what it was when it started it's life and what you have now. If you have a matching numbered four speed BB rs/ss or a z-28 than it could potentially be worth substantially more than say if it was originally a plain jane 307 with an automatic. What can you tell us about the car and could you post up some pics. That would be a big help. Any information you could share from the trim tag would be helpful also. Welcome to Camaro Forums by the way.

Thanks Pablo, I'm loving the forum. I'll definitely put some pictures up soon, its a SS with a 350 engine, automatic and like I metioned before it does have the split bumper.

Cool. Mines a split bumper as well. Love the looks of these cars. Where did you find it? Ebay, craigslist.......?
|
I found on craigslist a while back in Miami, which is where I am :) I just wanted to know whether this car or my 1971 Chevelle 383 with a 350 & 12 bolt rear end is worth more. :\

Both in similar shape, the camaro would be worth more (at least NADA thinks so, and so do i lol.)
|
Yea? I kinda think so too, I gotta put a lot of work in it.
|
The SS Chevelle is almost worth the same as the Z28.
|
If only mine was a Z28 man, I got myself a SS lol.
