I'm doing research for a friend with a 67 SS. He is currently running 14" Keystones rims same size fr & rr, with BFG 215/70-14 front & 245/60/14 rear. The car sits a little higher in front then rear and would like to level the car with different size tires. Any suggestion ?

Also What is the hot tire on the market now a days ?

 

Does the friend intend to retain the same 14" rims or modify the suspension? Looks like the car is moving away from the stock look already. The easy answer is to change the front or rear profile.. There are lots of calculators on the web that will give overall height or diameter for any size and rim. I'm running Mickey Thompsons front and rear, but the car is a long way from the stock look. this is one of many such sites that will compare calcs.
