Adding a blower

I've decided to add a supercharger to the top of my 496 but I don't know if my motor could handle it. Not because it doesnt have forged parts, but because its not exactly set up for it. I have all the means for the supercharger including the manifold and the dual blower carbs. So I guess my questions are: If I don't have a blower cam, would I HAVE to install one? Right now its a Hydraulic Roller with a .710 lift. How hard exactly is a cam swap? I've done a few with my dad back in the day but now that I'm 22 years old I wanna do this stuff myself. Also, the motor is pushing out 652 horse at 5700 RPM, and I have a Muncie M22 Rock Crusher sitting behind it, will that tranny hold up to it? I only plan on putting about 3-4 pounds of boost on. So all I'm trying to ask is what I will need to change about my motor to make it compatible with the blower. Keep in mind its freshly built with all aftermarket parts and forged internals with aluminum heads. I have a very beefed up drivetrain as well with a new drag racing style driveshaft and a 12 bolt rear end with 4.11 Richmond Pro gears. Thank you.

Need more info on the current cam that's in it first.

What clutch is in it should be your bigger worry. Also, will you have enough fuel pump to supply it?
