I have a 67 rs, with a floor shift. It has a 700r4 transmission. I need to replace the neutral safety switch, which one do I need? The old one is broke and it does not look like it is the right one.

How would we know? Take what you have to parts store and see if you can match it up to something? You could pull the numbers off the trans and figure out what in originally came in but that may have a different connector or there could be some other issue. Custom cars are awesome but there are no repair manuals or parts books.

 

What makes you think the one you have that's broken is wrong?
Like Gorn said it's custom so who knows since the 700 trans wasn't available in '67.
