Front end noise after installing coil overs

Had a set of Detroit Speed tubular A arms top and bottom and coil overs installed on my 69 camaro. Adjusted almost to the bottom for enough clearance for my driveway entrance. When I hit even small holes while driving the front end Bangs. Camaro has small block. Could the springs be too strong ? Maybe they are for a big block install. Could not adjust springs with spanner tool while on car. Need Help. Thanks.

Front suspension or rear? I had my 65 Malibu SS for 10 years. Sold it to an old timer 2 years ago. 454 Iron block. I put in QA1 coilovers in the front. For the rear I used Hotchkis rear links with 65 wagon springs and premium shocks. Night and day from the stock suspension. Handled very good. I understand you have leaf springs in the rear, but do you want to completely overhaul the rear with coilovers?

Sorry for the first reply, I thought I was responding to a different post. I had QA1 coilovers. They did option big block or small block springs. At times I wondered if I could have used small block springs. If you are adjusting the springs with the spanner wrench, You still have to take the weight off the springs. (Jack it up) Did you grease the adjustment nut? Put some lithium grease on the parts that turn. Also..... If you purchased big block springs, you may want to exchange for the small block springs.
